Three of a Kind League - Resolving Contested Draft Picks

See the Draft Rules for how these players were awarded.  Remember, that all contested players are placed first - so at the beginning, all teams have 50 million in unused salary cap cash - regardless of how many uncontested draft picks they had.

Players who were not ranked were given a default rank of 999.  When a team used the same rank more than once, those players were, by rule, moved to the very end of that team's ranking list.  Vegas had a couple, Maryland had a couple, and then Hudson River had several of those (in case you're wondering how some rankings might be different from what you expected or above 40).
